A lovely ring that my sister bought in her hippy days of the 1960’s.
It’s a chunky silver ring, weighing in at 13 gms.
It has a good hallmark showing a Birmingham town mark, assayed in London, and a date letter “V” for 1920.
There is also a Maker’s Mark stamp which I’ve been unable to identify.
The stone I’m also unable to identify exactly. Colour reproduction in the photos is good – it’s an oval stone, 20mm x 15mm, size “L” (16.4 mm) and is a pale blue background with green and white striations.
